Gabon: Panoro Energy (Julien Balkany) to drill an exploration prospect with significant potential on the Dussafu permit. Independent London-based E&P company Panoro Energy is set to launch the drilling of a new exploration well  on the Dussafu permit, offshore Gabon.

Julien Balkany : “We have been looking for a number of opportunities in Africa.” Our primary objective is to create value for all our stakeholders by exploring, developing and producing oil and gas reserves on this continent.
