OPERATIONS
The Company holds production, development, and exploration assets in West and North Africa. Operations in West Africa include Block G consisting of the Okume Complex and Ceiba Field, Block S and Block EG-01 in Equatorial Guinea, the Dussafu License offshore southern Gabon. Operations in Tunisia include the producing TPS Assets, Sfax Offshore Exploration Permit and Ras El Besh Concession.
Block G (Ceiba Field and Okume Complex)
The Ceiba Field and Okume Complex assets comprise six oil fields offshore Equatorial Guinea. The Ceiba Field commenced production in 2000 and has been developed in phases with the production wells tied back to the Ceiba FPSO. The Okume Complex consists of five separate oil fields developed via four fixed jackets and two tension leg platforms. Processed oil is transported to the Ceiba FPSO for export.
Block EG-23
Block EG-23 is in close proximity to existing infrastructure and holds several existing oil, gas and gas/condensate discoveries, some of which have been tested and are candidates for future appraisal and potential development.
Block EG-01 and Block EG-S
Block EG-01 and Block S border the producing Block G fields. The blocks provide access to a large inventory of prospects and leads within tie back distance of existing production facilities.
The Dussafu Marin Permit
Panoro Energy’s presence in Gabon is anchored around the flagship Dussafu Marin Permit where continued exploration success and development activity has translated into consistently strong production and reserves growth since production commenced in 2018. The Bourdon discovery in 2025 further showcases the exciting growth potential of Dussafu.
Niosi and Guduma Marin Permits
The Niosi and Guduma Marin Permits are adjacent to Dussfau Marin and vastly increase Panoro’s strategic footprint in a prolific oil trend offshore southern Gabon in close proximity to existing production operations.
TPS Assets
The TPS Assets comprise five oil field concessions in the region of the city of Sfax, onshore and shallow water offshore Tunisia. The concessions are Cercina, Cercina Sud, Rhemoura, El Ain/Gremda and El Hajeb/Guebiba.
Exploration Right 376
Panoro is incubating a potential Helium and natural gas play in the highly prospective Northern Karoo basin onshore South Africa. The renewable nature of the resource, possibility to displace coal fired power generation and many applications of Helium make for a compelling investment opportunity from both a commercial and ESG perspective.
